Presented by master chefs from the hotel’s French dining establishment, Brasserie Les Saveurs, the delectable feast brings diners through indulgent plates replete with the best of French cuisine and popular favourites. Your home brunch begins with a spread of delicious hot and cold entrées that include Crab Salad with Celeriac Remoulade and Baby Radish, Smoked Salmon with Green Asparagus and Yoghurt Cream, Pan-seared Lobster drizzled with Garlic Parsley Butter Sauce, Burrata with Tomatoes and Rocket Salad and Mixed Satay. The pièce de résistance features Salmon Roti with Ratatouille, Ravioli de Royans with Mushrooms and Cheese; or the heartier choice of Beef Sirloin with Roasted Potatoes and Carrots.

To round off the meal, there are accompanying sweet endings of Raspberry Pistachio Financier, Hazelnut Milk Chocolate Tartlet, Orange Mascarpone Dôme as well as chocolate pralines and a refreshing seasonal fruit platter.
