Singapore Island Country Club is known for its exclusivity, but with the opening of the new Bukit Clubhouse, opportunities arise for non-members to enjoy its appointments. At the first marketing event, Bukit Showcase, members and private event clientele were made aware of the venue for private and corporate functions.

SICC Bukit offers several locations where these corporate events and private functions can be held, and the niche showcase allowed guests to understand the club’s ability to curate events, create floor-space-revenue planning setup, showcasing different types of corporate setup, establish creative program flow, and address important clientele engagement.

SICC General Manager Ian Roberts (second from left) summarised the club’s offerings and the Bukit Showcase itself gave an example of how a presentation can be held at the club’s unique Social.

The Bukit Showcase allowed guests to tour the new clubhouse and visit the various areas that could be used for events. The Habitat Ballroom allows for a variety of different set-ups to accommodate gala dinners, conferences, dialogue sessions and both Western and Chinese dining.

The unique Social was created as a “built-in business centre”, complete with glass working and meeting pods, working desks, high stalls and meeting rooms. This area is suitable for holding corporate meetings, breakout sessions and team-building programmes.

Other locations which are potential venues for events include the beautiful members bar, poolside, and golf simulator room. The Bukit Showcase event reminded guests that the possibilities are endless, and only limited by imagination when it came to organising something special at SICC’s brand new clubhouse.
