The Audi quattro Cup, the largest amateur golf tournament in the world, made its return for the 16th edition in Singapore last month. Don Chan and Dennis Peh emerged as winners of the local leg held at Sentosa Golf Club’s Serapong Course. They will represent Singapore at the Audi quattro Cup World Finals in Muscat, Oman, competing against teams from 33 countries at the esteemed Al Mouj Golf Club from 15 to 19 November.

Founded in Germany in 1991, the Audi quattro Cup has expanded to become the largest amateur golf tournament series globally. With events spanning over 38 countries, 600 tournaments, and involving 70,000 players annually, Audi has effectively combined the global passion for golf with its fascination for Audi automobiles through this series. Each season concludes with the Audi quattro Cup World Final, held on prestigious courses around the world.

“It’s such a surreal experience for us,” Chan recapped. “The Audi quattro Cup is always a special experience – we came here to have fun and didn’t expect anything. But winning is a great way to end the day.”

The Audi Q4 Sportback e-tron was one of the hole- in-one prizes.

“Don and I actually reconnected a few weeks ago, after not meeting for a long time,” Peh added. “To be paired together unexpectedly, and now winning the tournament, has been both fun and nerve-racking, especially when we were monitoring the final few points!”

“The Audi quattro Cup not only commemorates Audi’s long-standing connection to golf – it provides a platform and community for our Audi partners, customers and golf enthusiasts all over the world. Every year, we look forward to hosting the Singapore edition and celebrating its lasting success,” said Markus Schuster, Managing Director, Audi Singapore. “Don and Dennis’ performance was truly outstanding, and I wish them all the best in at the World Finals in Oman.”
