Mizuno Golf School Asia Headquarters

New training facility for all golfing enthusiasts

Mizuno Singapore has officially opened the Mizuno Golf School Asia Headquarters (HQ) located at Singapore’s National Service Resort and Country Club (NSRCC). The school aims to provide an accessible and affordable learning platform for junior golfers, competitive players and recreational golfers. Through “Joe Thiel’s 5 level Development Program” students will follow a formula not only to establish physical and mental skills of golf but also the necessary life foundations that would take the young generation of golfers a long way.

To facilitate this, Mizuno Golf School Asia HQ has created a unique and intense coaches’ certification program built from Joe’s 40 years of experience teaching golfers of all skill levels, including multiple tour winners from around the world. This certification program helps coaches achieve higher learning and to ensure Mizuno Golf School’s programmes are professionally delivered within the Mizuno Golf School’s network. Joe is a USPGA Master Professional, has been with Mizuno Japan for 14 years passing down his knowledge and proven programs to the teachers in Japan. With the opening of Mizuno Golf School Asia HQ, he would like to do the same for South East Asia.

Besides Joe’s teaching programs, it is fitted with a performance lab within its premises which is fully equipped with a FlightScope Launch Monitor, V1 Pro Swing Analysis, and various training aids that is always open to the students for practice and correcting their techniques. As an added bonus, all students will be able to gain access into the golf course in the evening at a special rate and will also be entitled to special discounts when purchasing Mizuno products.

“Our vision is to create a long-term golfing learning environment in Asia. Every Family should have the opportunity to enroll their juniors into an affordable long-term golf program that will not only develop the juniors into highly skilled golfers, but give them the opportunity to learn a sport that will develop life skills and character traits that will last a lifetime,” said Head of Golf Instruction, Mizuno Golf School Asia HQ, Edmund Tan.
